Compatibility

How do I know if my phone can accept the content type?

Once you select an item (ringtone, wallpaper, etc) you will then be taken to a page where you must select your phone make and model (Don't worry, there's pictures there to help you recognize your phone!) - If your mobile is not on the list, it is not available in this format.

Payment

How does the payment work?

You will be billed by a premium rated SMS message. For example, if you download a ringtone worth $3.50, the cost of the message that contains the link to the content will be $3.50 which will be either deducted immediately from your credits for prepaid/pay-as-you-go or added onto your bill for post paid/monthly accounts.

Can I pay by credit card?

Not at this stage. Currently you are billed by a premium rated SMS message to the value of the content being downloaded, which is either deducted immediately from your credits for prepaid/pay-as-you-go or added onto your bill for post paid/monthly accounts.

I have not received my polyphonic ringtone, just a web address and I don't have a computer?

Ringtones, images and other mobile content need to be downloaded using WAP and this is done with the handset. A computer is not required. For this reason only WAP enabled phones are compatible. If you are having trouble setting up WAP or are unsure whether your phone has WAP capabilities, contact your Network Provider and they will be able to help you.
